Baab Emaan Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِهَارُونَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ حَتَّى يُقَالَ: هَذَا خَلَقَ اللهُ الْخَلْقَ، فَمَنْ خَلَقَ اللهَ؟ فَمَنْ وَجَدَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا، فَلْيَقُلْ: آمَنْتُ بِاللهِ ،

Urdu Translation

  سفیان نے ہشام سے حدیث سنائی ، انہوں نے اپنےوالد ( عروہ ) سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ سے روایت ، انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ لوگ ہمیشہ ایک دوسرے سے ( فضول ) سوالات کرتے رہیں گے یہاں تک کہ یہ سوال بھی ہو گا کہ اللہ نے سب مخلوق کو پیدا کیا ہے تو پھر اللہ کو کس نے پیدا کیا ہے ؟ جو شخص ایسی کوئی چیز دل میں پائے تو کہے : میں اللہ پر ایمان لایا ہوں ۔ ‘ ‘

English Translation

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: Men will continue to question one another till this is propounded: Allah created all things but who created Allah? He who found himself confronted with such a situation should say: I affirm my faith in Allah.
