حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِمِثْلِهِ

Urdu Translation

ابوزبیر نے ہمیں حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے خبر دی کہ ایک آدمی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا ، اور عرض کی : میری ایک لونڈی ہے ، وہی ہماری خادمہ ہے اور وہی ہمارے لیے پانی لانے والی بھی ہے اور میں اس سے مجامعت بھی کرتا ہوں ۔ میں ناپسند کرتا ہوں کہ وہ حاملہ ہو ۔ تو آپ نے فرمایا : " اگر تم چاہو تو اس سے عزل کر لیا کرو ، ( لیکن ) یہ بات یقینی ہے کہ جو بچہ اس کے لیے مقدر میں لکھا گیا ہے وہ آ کر رہے گا ۔ " وہ شخص ( چند دن ) رکا ، پھر آپ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا ، اور عرض کی : وہ لونڈی حاملہ ہو گئی ہے ۔ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " میں نے تمہیں بتا دیا تھا کہ جو اس کے لیے مقدر کیا گیا ہے وہ آ کر رہے گا

English Translation

A hadith like this has been transmitted by Abu Sa'id from Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ).
