Baab Sairapi Ke Aewaz Paidawar Main Hissadari Aur Muzarat

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ خِرَاشٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، يَقُولُ: «دَعَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غُلَامًا لَنَا حَجَّامًا، فَحَجَمَهُ، فَأَمَرَ لَهُ بِصَاعٍ، أَوْ مُدٍّ، أَوْ مُدَّيْنِ، وَكَلَّمَ فِيهِ، فَخُفِّفَ عَنْ ضَرِيبَتِهِ»

Urdu Translation

  ) شعبہ نے ہمیں حمید سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے سنا : نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمارے ایک پچھنے لگانے والے غلام کو بلایا اس نے آپ کو پچھنے لگائے تو آپ نے اسے ایک صاع ، ایک مد یا دو مد دینے کا حکم دیا اور اس کے متعلق ( اس کے مالکوں سے ) بات کی تو اس کے محصول میں کمی کر دی گئی ۔

English Translation

Humaid reported Anas (Allah be pleased with him) having said this: Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) called for young cupper belonging to us. He capped him and he (the Holy Prophet) commanded that he should be paid one sa' or one mudd or two mudds (of wheat). It was said (that charges were high) and a reduction was made in the charges.
