Baab Qatal Ki Zimedari Ki Tayyun Ke Liye Ijtumayi Qasm O Namwar Loot Maar Karny Walon Ki Qasas Aur Dait Ke Masail

وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَحْيَى، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، وَحُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ، فَاجْتَوَوْهَا، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنْ شِئْتُمْ أَنْ تَخْرُجُوا إِلَى إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَتَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا»، فَفَعَلُوا، فَصَحُّوا، ثُمَّ مَالُوا عَلَى الرِّعَاءِ، فَقَتَلُوهُمْ وَارْتَدُّوا عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَسَاقُوا ذَوْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَعَثَ فِي أَثَرِهِمْ فَأُتِيَ بِهِمْ، فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ، وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ، وَسَمَلَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ، وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي الْحَرَّةِ، حَتَّى مَاتُوا

Urdu Translation

  عبدالعزیز بن صہیب اور حمید نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ عرینہ کے کچھ لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس مدینہ آئے ، انہیں یہاں کی آب و ہوا نا موافق لگی ( اور انہیں استسقاء ہو گیا ) تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان ( کے مطالبے پر ان سے ) فرمایا : " اگر تم چاہتے ہو تو صدقے کے اونٹوں کے پاس چلے جاؤ اور ان کے دودھ اور پیشاب ( جسے وہ لوگ ، اس طرح کی کیفیت میں اپنی صحت کا ) ضامن سمجھتے تھے ) پیو ۔ انہوں نے ایسے ہی کیا اور صحت یاب ہو گئے ، پھر انہوں نے چرواہوں پر حملہ کر دیا ، ان کو قتل کر دیا ، اسلام سے مرتد ہو گئے اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ( بیت المال کے ) اونٹ ہانک کر لے گئے ۔ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ بات پہنچی تو آپ نے ( کچھ لوگوں کو ) ان کے تعاقب میں روانہ کیا ، انہیں ( پکڑ کر ) لایا گیا تو آپ نے ان کے ہاتھ اور پاؤں کٹوا دیے ، ان کی آنکھیں پھوڑ دینے کا حکم دیا اور انہیں سیاہ پتھروں والی زمین میں چھوڑ دیا حتی کہ ( وہیں ) مر گئے

English Translation

Anas b. Malik reported that some people belonging (to the tribe) of 'Uraina came to Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) at Medina, but they found its climate uncogenial. So Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said to them: If you so like, you may go to the camels of Sadaqa and drink their milk and urine. They did so and were all right. They then fell upon the shepherds and killed them and turned apostates from Islam and drove off the camels of the Prophet ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ). This news reached Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) and he sent (people) on their track and they were (brought) and handed over to him. He (the Holy Prophet) got their hands cut off, and their feet, and put out their eyes, and threw them on the stony ground until they died.
