حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ جِئْنَا بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحَنِّكُهُ فَطَلَبْنَا تَمْرَةً فَعَزَّ عَلَيْنَا طَلَبُهَا

Urdu Translation

  حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سےروایت ہے ، کہا : ہم گھٹی دلوانے کے لئے عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں لے گئے ، ہم نے کھجور حاصل کرنی چاہی تو ہمارے لیے اس کا حصول دشوار ہوگیا ۔

English Translation

A'isha reported: We took 'Abdullah b. Zubair to Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) so that he should put saliva in his mouth and we had to make a good deal of effort in order to procure them.
