A'isha, the wife of Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), reported Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: Kindness is not to be found in anything but that it adds to its beauty and it is not withdrawn from anything but it makes it defective.

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الرِّفْقَ لَا يَكُونُ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا زَانَهُ وَلَا يُنْزَعُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا شَانَهُ

  معاذ عنبری نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے مقدام بن شریح بن بانی سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے ، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی اہلیہ حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے ، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا : " نرمی جس چیز میں بھی ہوتی ہے اس کو زینت بخش دیتی ہے اور جس چیز سے بھی نرمی نکال دی جاتی ہے اسے بدصورت کر دیتی ہے ۔ "
