حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ فَتَلْتُ قَلَائِدَ بُدْنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِي ثُمَّ أَشْعَرَهَا وَقَلَّدَهَا ثُمَّ بَعَثَ بِهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ وَأَقَامَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَمَا حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ كَانَ لَهُ حِلًّا .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   میں نے اپنے ہاتھ سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ہدی کے لیے قلادے بٹے پھر آپ نے انہیں اشعار کیا اور قلادہ ۱؎ پہنایا پھر انہیں بیت اللہ کی طرف بھیج دیا اور خود مکہ میں مقیم رہے اور کوئی چیز جو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے حلال تھی آپ پر حرام نہیں ہوئی ۲؎۔

English Translation

Aishah said: I twisted the garlands of the sacrificial animals of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم with my own hands, after which he made incision in their humps and garlanded them, and sent them as offerings to the house (Kabah), but he himself stayed back at Madinah and nothing which had been lawful for him had been forbidden.
