Sunan Abu Dawood 2708 - Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ المعنى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَا لِحَدِيثِهِ أَتْقَنُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ مَوْلَى تُجِيبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَنَشٍ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَرْكَبْ دَابَّةً مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَعْجَفَهَا رَدَّهَا فِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَلْبَسْ ثَوْبًا مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَخْلَقَهُ رَدَّهُ فِيهِ .

Urdu Translation

رویفع بن ثابت انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو تو وہ مسلمانوں کی غنیمت کے کسی جانور پر سوار نہ ہو کہ اسے جب دبلا کر ڈالے تو مال غنیمت میں واپس لوٹا دے، اور جو شخص اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو تو وہ مسلمانوں کی غنیمت سے کوئی کپڑا نہ پہنے کہ جب اسے پرانا کر دے تو اسے غنیمت کے مال میں واپس کر دے ۱؎ ۔

English Translation

Narrated Ruwayfi ibn Thabit al-Ansari: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: He who believes in Allah and the Last Day must not ride on packhorse belonging to the booty of the Muslims and put it back when he has emaciated it; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day must not wear a garment belonging to the booty of the Muslims and put it back when he made it threadbare.
