حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ الْحُنَيْنِيَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَرَأْتُهُ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ يَعْنِي كِتَابَ قَطِيعَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ وحَدَّثَنَا غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْجَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَ بِلَالَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيَّ مَعَادِنَ الْقَبَلِيَّةِ جَلْسِيَّهَا وَغَوْرِيَّهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ ابْنُ النَّضْرِ:‏‏‏‏ وَجَرْسَهَا وَذَاتَ النُّصُبِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا وَحَيْثُ يَصْلُحُ الزَّرْعُ مِنْ قُدْسٍ وَلَمْ يُعْطِ بِلَالَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ حَقَّ مُسْلِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكَتَبَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا مَا أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَالَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيَّ أَعْطَاهُ مَعَادِنَ الْقَبَلِيَّةِ جَلْسَهَا وَغَوْرَهَا وَحَيْثُ يَصْلُحُ الزَّرْعُ مِنْ قُدْسٍ وَلَمْ يُعْطِهِ حَقَّ مُسْلِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ:‏‏‏‏ وَحَدَّثَنِي ثَوْرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏زَادَ ابْنُ النَّضْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكَتَبَ أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ.

Urdu Translation

محمد بن نضر کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے حنینی کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ میں نے اسے یعنی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے جاگیر نامہ کو کئی بار پڑھا۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے کئی ایک نے حسین بن محمد کے واسطہ سے بیان کیا ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں: مجھے ابواویس نے خبر دی ہے وہ کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے کثیر بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا ہے وہ اپنے والد سے اور وہ ان کے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بلال بن حارث مزنی رضی اللہ عنہ کو قبلیہ کے نشیب و فراز کی کانیں بطور جاگیر دیں۔ ابن نضر کی روایت میں ہے: اور اس کے جرس اور ذات النصب ۱؎ کو دیا، پھر دونوں راوی متفق ہیں: اور قدس کی قابل کاشت زمین دی، اور بلال بن حارث کو کسی اور مسلمان کا حق نہیں دیا، اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں لکھ کر دیا کہ یہ وہ تحریر ہے جسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بلال بن حارث مزنی کو لکھ کر دی، انہیں قبلیہ کے نشیب و فراز کی کانیں اور قدس کی قابل کاشت زمینیں دیں، اور انہیں کسی اور مسلمان کا حق نہیں دیا۔ ابواویس کہتے ہیں کہ ثور بن زید نے مجھ سے بیان کیا انہوں نے عکرمہ سے، عکرمہ نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے ابن عباس نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی کے ہم مثل روایت کیا اور ابن نضر نے اتنا اضافہ کیا کہ ( یہ دستاویز ) ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ نے لکھی۔

English Translation

Narrated Amr ibn Awf al-Muzani: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم assigned as a fief to Bilal ibn Harith al-Muzani the mines of al-Qabaliyyah, both those which lay on the upper side those and which lay on the lower side. The narrator, Ibn an-Nadr, added: also Jars and Dhat an-Nusub. The agreed version reads: and (the land) which is suitable for cultivation at Quds . He did not assign to Bilal ibn al-Harith the right of any Muslim. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم wrote a document to him: This is what the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم assigned to Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani. He gave him the mines of al-Qabaliyyah both those which lay on the upper and lower side, and that which is fit for cultivation at Quds. He did not give him the right of any Muslim. The narrator Abu Uways said: A similar tradition has been transmitted to me by Thawr ibn Zayd from Ikrimah on the authority of Ibn Abbas from the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. Ibn an-Nadr added: Ubayy ibn Kab wrote it.
