Sunan An Nasai 1079

It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that: He heard the Prophet (ﷺ), when he raised his head in the last rak'ah of the subh prayer, say: O Allah, curse so-and-so and so-and-so, supplicating against some of the hypocrites. Then Allah revealed the words: Not for you is the decision; whether He turns in mercy to (pardon) them or punishes them; verily, they are the wrongdoers.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَالِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْ فُلَانًا وَفُلَانًا يَدْعُو عَلَى أُنَاسٍ مِنَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ .

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ   انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو جس وقت آپ نے فجر کی نماز میں آخری رکعت سے اپنا سر اٹھایا کچھ منافقوں پر لعنت بھیجتے ہوئے سنا، آپ کہہ رہے تھے: «اللہم العن فلانا وفلانا»  اے اللہ! تو فلاں فلاں کو رسوا کر ، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی: «‏ليس لك من الأمر شىء أو يتوب عليهم أو يعذبهم فإنهم ظالمون‏»  اے محمد! آپ کے اختیار میں کچھ نہیں، اللہ چاہے تو ان کی توبہ قبول کرے یا عذاب دے، کیونکہ وہ ظالم ہیں   ( آل عمران: ۱۲۸ ) ۔
