It was narrated that Al-Bara' said: In the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), his bowing, his prostration, standing after he raised his head from bowing and (sitting) between the two prostrations, were almost the same.

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو قُدَامَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِالْبَرَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ صَلَاةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُكُوعُهُ وَسُجُودُهُ وَقِيَامُهُ بَعْدَ مَا يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ وَبَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ السَّوَاءِ .

براء رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نماز یعنی آپ کا رکوع، سجدہ، رکوع سے سر اٹھانے کے بعد کا قیام اور دونوں سجدوں کے درمیان کا بیٹھنا تقریباً سب برابر برابر ہوتا۔
