أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرٍو،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَخْطُبُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ السَّرَاوِيلُ لِمَنْ لَا يَجِدُ الْإِزَارَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْخُفَّيْنِ لِمَنْ لَا يَجِدُ النَّعْلَيْنِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو خطبہ دیتے ہوئے سنا آپ فرما رہے تھے: ”پائجامہ اس شخص کے لیے ہے جسے تہبند میسر نہ ہو، اور موزہ اس شخص کے لیے ہے جسے جوتے میسر نہ ہوں“۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said; I heard the Prophet delivering a khutbah and he said: 'Pants (are allowed) for one who cannot find an Izar, and Khuffs for one who cannot find sandals to wear in Ihram.;;
