أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: يَا عَائِشَةُ، هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ وَهُوَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكِ السَّلَامَ . مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءٌ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ: هَذَا الصَّوَابُ، وَالَّذِي قَبْلَهُ خَطَأٌ.
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عائشہ! یہ جبرائیل ہیں، تمہیں سلام کہہ رہے ہیں۔ اور آگے ویسے ہی ہے جیسے اوپر گزرا“۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: یہ روایت ٹھیک ہے، پہلی والی غلط ہے ۱؎۔
