Baab Mazar'At-Bitai Pe Zameen Dene Ke Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا لَا يَرَيَانِ بَأْسًا بِاسْتِئْجَارِ الْأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ .

Urdu Translation

ابراہیم نخعی اور سعید بن جبیر سے روایت ہے کہ   وہ دونوں خالی زمین کو کرائے پر اٹھانے میں کوئی حرج نہیں سمجھتے تھے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibrahim and Sa'eed bin Jubair that they did not see anything wrong with renting uncultivated land.
