It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: I heard the messenger of Allah say: No man should urge anyone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods; no town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller; do not artificially inflate prices; no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel (deprive her of her share of maintenance),

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ الْأُخْرَى لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: ”آدمی اپنے ( کسی مسلمان ) بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے، اور نہ کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے، اور نہ بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرے، اور نہ آدمی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اضافہ کرے ( کہ میں اس سامان کا تو اتنا اتنا مزید دوں گا ) اور نہ کوئی عورت سوکن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے تاکہ جو اس کے برتن میں ہے اسے اپنے برتن میں انڈیل لے“۔
