Sunan Ibn Majah Hadith No. 1059

Chapter 7 Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them

باب اقامت صلاۃ اور اس کے سنن و آداب اور احکام و مسائل

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) prostrated in “When the heaven is split asunder.” [84: 1]

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ سَجَدَ فِي:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْشَقَّتْ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مَا سَمِعْتُ أَحَدًا يَذْكُرُهُ غَيْرَهُ.

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے: «إذا السماء انشقت» میں سجدہ کیا۔ ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ حدیث یحییٰ بن سعید سے مروی ہے، میں نے ان کے علاوہ کسی اور کو یہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے نہیں سنا۔
