It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed I’tifak in a Turkish tent, over the door of which was a piece of reed matting. He pushed the mat aside, then he put his head out and spoke to the people.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي عُمَارَةُ بْنُ غَزِيَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ اعْتَكَفَ فِي قُبَّةٍ تُرْكِيَّةٍ عَلَى سُدَّتِهَا قِطْعَةُ حَصِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَأَخَذَ الْحَصِيرَ بِيَدِهِ فَنَحَّاهَا فِي نَاحِيَةِ الْقُبَّةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ أَطْلَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَكَلَّمَ النَّاسَ .

ابوسعیدی خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک ترکی خیمہ میں اعتکاف کیا، اس کے دروازے پہ بورئیے کا ایک ٹکڑا لٹکا ہوا تھا، آپ نے اس بورئیے کو اپنے ہاتھ سے پکڑا اور اسے ہٹا کر خیمہ کے ایک گوشے کی طرف کر دیا، پھر اپنا سر باہر نکال کر لوگوں سے باتیں کیں۔
