It was narrated that Safiyyah bint Shaibah said: Aishah told me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'There is no divorce and no manumission at the time of coercion.'

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: زبردستی کی صورت میں نہ طلاق واقع ہوتی ہے اور نہ عتاق ( غلامی سے آزادی ) ۔
