حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَجُلًا ظَاهَرَ مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَغَشِيَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏رَأَيْتُ بَيَاضَ حِجْلَيْهَا فِي الْقَمَرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمْ أَمْلِكْ نَفْسِي أَنْ وَقَعْتُ عَلَيْهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَضَحِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَمَرَهُ أَلَّا يَقْرَبَهَا حَتَّى يُكَفِّرَ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   ایک شخص نے اپنی بیوی سے ظہار کیا، اور کفارہ کی ادائیگی سے قبل ہی جماع کر لیا، چنانچہ وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، اور آپ سے اس کا ذکر کیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: تم نے ایسا کیوں کیا ؟ وہ بولا: اللہ کے رسول! میں نے اس کے پازیب کی سفیدی چاندنی رات میں دیکھی، میں بے اختیار ہو گیا، اور اس سے جماع کر بیٹھا، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مسکرائے، اور اسے حکم دیا کہ کفارہ کی ادائیگی سے پہلے اس کے قریب نہ جائے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that: a man declared Zihar upon his wife, then he had intercourse with her before offering expiation. He came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him about that. He said: What made you do that? He said: I saw her ankles in the moonlight, and I could not control myself, and I had intercourse with her. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) smiled and told him not to go near her until he had offered expiation.
