حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ سَلَامَةَ السُّلَمِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أُوصِي امْرءًا بِأُمِّهِ،‏‏‏‏ أُوصِي امْرءًا بِأُمِّهِ،‏‏‏‏ أُوصِي امْرءًا بِأُمِّهِ ثَلَاثًا،‏‏‏‏ أُوصِي امْرءًا بِأَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ أُوصِي امْرءًا بِمَوْلَاهُ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ أَذًى يُؤْذِيهِ .

Urdu Translation

ابن سلامہ سلمی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میں آدمی کو اپنی ماں کے ساتھ اچھے سلوک اور برتاؤ کرنے کی وصیت کرتا ہوں، میں آدمی کو اپنی ماں کے ساتھ اچھے سلوک اور برتاؤ کرنے کی وصیت کرتا ہوں، میں آدمی کو اپنی ماں کے ساتھ اچھے سلوک اور برتاؤ کرنے کی وصیت کرتا ہوں، میں آدمی کو اپنے باپ کے ساتھ اچھے سلوک اور برتاؤ کرنے کی وصیت کرتا ہوں، میں آدمی کو اپنے مولیٰ ۱؎ کے ساتھ جس کا وہ والی ہو اچھے سلوک اور برتاؤ کرنے کی وصیت کرتا ہوں، خواہ اس کو اس سے تکلیف ہی کیوں نہ پہنچی ہو ۲؎۔

English Translation

Ibn Salamah As-Sulami narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: I enjoin each one to honor his mother,I enjoin each one to honor his mother,I enjoin each one to honor his mother(three times), I enjoin each one to honor his guardian who is taking care of him, even if he is causing him some annoyance.
