It was narrated from `Ali that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever narrates a Hadith from me thinking it to be false, then he is one of the two liars. Another chain similar to the narration of Samurah bin Jundub.

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ رَوَى عَنِّي حَدِيثًا وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبَيْنِ .

علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص نے مجھ سے کوئی حدیث یہ جانتے ہوئے بیان کی کہ وہ جھوٹ ہے تو وہ دو جھوٹوں میں سے ایک ہے ۔
