Surah Al Imran has 20 Rukus and 200 Ayahs. It is a Madani Surah as it was revealed in Medina. It is the third Surah as per the Tarteeb e Tilawat. According to the Tarteeb e Nuzool, it is the 89th Surah. Below, you can read different Surah Al Imran benefits.

Surah Al Imran Benefits

Different hadiths are present about Surah Al imran benefits. Hazrat Makhool (May Allah Be Pleased With Him) narrated that Whoever recites Surah Al Imran on Friday, the angels keep on praying for him till nightfall. Hazrat Uthman Bin Affan (May Allah Be Pleased With Him) narrated that Whoever recites the last verses of Surah Al Imran at night, he will be rewarded for worshiping all night long.

Hazrat Nawas (May Allah Be Pleased With Him) narrated that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said that on the Day of Resurrection, the Holy Quran and those who follow it will be brought, before them will be Surah Al-Baqara and Surah Al-Imran. Hazrat Nawas (May Allah Be Pleased With Him) said that the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him) said that Whether it is a cloud or two canopies between which there is light or two rows of birds in a row, these two Surahs will intercede for their readers.

Surah Al Imran Ki Fazilat

The Surah is related to different Islamic figures and it shows the Surah Imran ki fazilat. It tells reciter that how Bibi Maryam (May Allah Be Pleased With Her) was born and raised. However, Surah Imran ki fazilat can be also elaborated with the inclusion of events and miracles related to the birth of Hazrat Issa (May Allah Be Pleased With Him).

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said to Hazrat Muadh (May Allah Be Pleased With Him), ‘Should I not teach you a supplication which, when used to implore Allah, Allah shall pay your debt, even it be as huge as Mount Uhud? He then mentioned them (i.e. Surah al Imran verse 26 & 27)’.
