السلام علیکم!
میں مسمی نعمانہ خالد بنت خالد صدیق ، پنجاب یونیورسٹی شعبہ علو مِ اسلامیہ لاہور پاکستان میں ایم ۔اے علوم اسلامیہ کے لئے مقالہ بعنوان "مسلم معاشرے میں غیر مسلموں کی مصنوعات سے استفادہ۔دینی و معاشی اعتبار سے جائزہ" لکھ رہی ہوں۔ اس سلسلے میں آ پ کی مدد درکار ہے۔
برائے مہربانی سوال کا جواب مرحمت فرما کر سائل کی اعانت فرمائیں تا کہ حق کو پا لینا آسان ہو۔
سوال: آج کل مسلم معاشروں میں غیر مسلموں کی مصنوعات کا استعمال کثرت سے کیا جاتا ہے جبکہ یہ امر واضح ہے کہ غیر مسلم(مثلاً یہود و قادیانی) ان مصنوعات کی فروخت سےحاصل کیا جانے والا منافع مسلمانوں کے خلاف سازشوں اور مظلوم مسلمانوں پر ظلم و ستم کرنے پر خرچ کرتےہیں۔ اس ضمن میں غیر مسلموں کے معاشی مقاطعہ کی شرعی حیثیت کیا ہے نیز یہ بھی واضح فرما دیں کہ مسلمان اپنے ہاں غیر موجود مصنوعات اور متعیشات و سہولیات کی درآمد غیر مسلم ممالک سے کر سکتے ہیں؟

dear sirs
I am a teacher of forensic medicine. We also teach students about law. One of topics is Zina... Now accordinding to our law books there is different punishment for a "mohsin" and a "non mohsin"..Sir if a person is mohsin for a period then divorces his wife, and commits the jurm of "Zina" then what will be the punishment...main question is that after being a mohsin , the person will remian 'mohsin' for the rest of his life even after divorcing his wife or not.

Oh it is back in sep/oct 1947; soon after migration from East Punjab, one day I was took to schools admission office by my parent for entry into 5th class. I completed 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th here under the ablest guidance of masters/teachers like: Headmaster Zaidi sahib, Master Mahmood Hussain, Master Ghulam Nabi, Master Abdul Haq, and so on and so forth. Those old days will keep haunting me more and more as I am advancing in my years. |
