i am highly disappointed in the managing staff of OUP in Peshawar, the lady named bushra conducted a book review at our college and i have never seen any person so wild and ill-mannered as her, the whole event was a disappointment to everyone's expectatations because she was extremely rude and had no manners how to talk to the seniors or juniors. i am cent percent sure that this was probably the last time a book review happened in our institute, jinnah college for women. if OUP has such a managing staff then my family might boycott buying their products because we belong to a respectable class, and such idiots are unbearable at such a high rank, i would advise you to either teach her a lesson for manners how to speak and be polite, or else kick her out of the job regards, and i hope a stronger action would be taken as soon as possible because i hope the higher authority will never disappoint its cleint.
