گائے کا گوشت(ابال کر باریک کاٹ لیں)۔۔۔1/2 کلو
گائے کی یخنی۔۔۔4 پیالی
نوڈلز(ابلے ہوئے)300 گرام
گاجر،مٹر، آلو، پھول، گوبی لوکی۔۔2 پیالی
سویا ساس۔۔1/4 پیالی
ووسٹر شائر ساس۔۔۔1/4 پیالی
ہاٹ ساس۔۔1/4 پیالی
براؤن چینی۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
لیموں۔۔۔ایک عدد
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ۔۔۔ایک چائے کاچمچہ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
تیل۔۔۔۔1/4 پیالی
ہری پیاز۔۔۔سجاوٹ کے لئے

METHOD

دیگچی میں گائے کی یخنی اور گوشت ڈال کر ابال لیں۔ اس میں نوڈلز اور سبزیوں کے علاوہ باقی تمام اجزاء ملا کر ابال آنے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں سبزیاں شامل کر کے 2 منٹ تک پکائیں ، پھر چولہا بند کردیں۔ سوپ کی ڈش میں نوڈلز بچھائیں، اس کے اوپر سوپ ڈالیں اور ہری پیاز سے سجاکر پیش کریں۔
