چکن کارن سسوپ اجزا ابلا چکن آدھا کپ یخنی دو کپ نمک اچمچھ سویاساس ا چمچہ سرکہ ا چمچہ کا لی مرچ آدھا چمچہ انڈہ ایک نو ڈ لز ابلی آدھا کپ ترکیپ چکن ابال کر چؤٹے ٹکرے کر لیں چکن کی یخنی کے اندر نمک مرچ سویاساس سرکہ ابلا چکن نوڈلز ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکا ءیں انڈہ پھینٹ کر تھوڑا تھڑا کر کی ڈالتے جاءیں پھر کارن فلور پانی میں گھول کر تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے ڈالتےجاءیں گاڑھا ھوے پر اتار لں
