مرغ کباب (INGREDIENTS)

مرغ درمیانہ ایک عدد
گھی پیالی بھر
پیاز دو عدد
ادرک لہسن مرضی کے مطابق
نمک مرچ ہلدی حسب خواہش
سرکہ دو چمچے

METHOD

مرغ کی کھال اتار یں۔ پیٹ بھی اچھی طرح صاف کر یں اور کانٹے سے اچھی طرح گودیں۔ تمام مصالحے ادرک اور لہسن پیس کر سرکے میں شامل کر یں۔ اور مرغ کو اس مواد میں اچھی طرح لت پت کر یں۔ دیگچی میں گھی گرم کر یں اور پیاز کے لچھے بادامی کر لیں۔ پھر مرغ اس میں ڈال دیں۔ ساتھ ہی مرغ گلانے کے لئے مناسب مقدار میں پانی ڈال دیں جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تو پھر بھون لیں۔ اور دم دے دیں۔
