Ingredients
  1. Mutton trotters6
  2. Split Bengal gram ½ cup
  3. Green cardamom2
  4. Ginger-garlic paste4 tsp
  5. Onion paste1 cup
  6. Kashmiri red chilies6 – 7
  7. Coriander powder2 tsp
  8. All spice powder1 tsp
  9. Tomato, finely chopped1
  10. Saltto taste
Method
  • Pressure cook trotters and split Bengal gram with two cups water till three whistles.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, add green cardamoms, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, Kashmiri chilies, coriander powder, all spice powder and sauté for five minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and sauté till oil surfaces. Add lentil mixture and salt and cook for five minutes. Serve hot.
