سٹیم کباب (INGREDIENTS)

گائے کا گوشت ١ کلو ۔ ١ پاو پیاز ۔ ہری مرچ ہرا دھنیا ۔ سرخ مرچ ۔ گرم مصالحہ ۔ نمک ۔ حسب ذائقہ
٤ چمچ سرکہ۔ ٢ عدد لیموں ۔

METHOD

گوشت کا قیمہ بنا لیں اور آ ئل کے علاوہ باقی تمام اشیا ئ کو چوب کرکے قیمہ میں مکس کر لیں ۔ اچھی طرح مکس کرکے تیار شدہ قیمہ کو کچھ دیر کے لئے رکھ دیں ۔ اس کے بعد قیمہ کے کباب بنا لیں ( کباب بنانے کے لئے دونوں ہاتھوں میں قیمہ لے کر
لمبے لمبے کباب بنائے) ان کباب کو بہت بڑے برتن ( پتیلا ) میں ٢ چمچ آ ئل ڈال کر ھلکی آ نچ پر تقریبا ١ سے ٢ کھنٹے
پکنے دیں برتن کا منہ اچھی طرح بند کر دیں اگر کباب کو ھلانا مقصود ہو تو صرف برتن کو دونوں ہاتھ سے پکڑ کر ھلا لیں
جب تمام پانی جو کباب سے بنے گا خشک ہو جاے اور کباب براون شکل اختیار کر لیں تو آپ کے کباب تیار ہیں
