FBR Imposes Another 5% Tax on Weddings & Other Gathering Events.

The heading above is news from FBR. Tax imposed on Other Gathering Events is not our concern but FBR should have realized that 5% Tax on weddings is not so simple. Marriage is the basic requirement and also a basic right of the citizen. It is very important for a peaceful living which reduces sexual harassment due to physiological problems. There are so many examples throughout the country sexual crimes are reported every day against children and woman. But there is no proper address to this problem. Punishments cannot reduce this type of crime, but to probe the reason. According to Islam this is the responsibility of the state to create atmosphere for the simple marriage, not the easy access to the nude clips and adultery.
No need repeating that Pakistan is an Islamic Country and our Prime minister Imran Khan have added in this title that this will be like state of Madina. So, this is the responsibility of the state to create comfortable society for the Muslim Youth.
Every one of us aware of the dearness and inflation of money, people of Pakistan are facing big problems to survive in this hardship, on the top of it FBR 5% Tax on wedding is a great injustice on our youth, wedding is neither a show business nor the entertainment, it is mandatory.
I request our Prime Minister to please realize the above facts and wave this imposed 5% tax on wedding to ease our youth for marriage and let them peaceful.
