About Slavery

By the time Muhammad SAW revealed his prophecy the practice over slavery are done by all community in all over the world.

Every captive of wars and people of the conquered area are subject to slavery. Slave means have no right of themself, half animally entailed.

It's Islam who introduced to teach that they are too deserve to be accepted as human.

There are many ways Islam instructed to freed slaves due as good deeds, as a preferable deed and it even includes in many sharia laws. For example:
*If someone not doing fasting Ramadhan without allowed reasons he obliged to free a slave every each day he did.
*If a married couple commit a prohibited activity(sex) in their Ramadhan fasting, they first obliged to free a slave one for each day.
*If someone made a promise to ALLAH and cannot or didn't fulfill he's obliged to free a slave.
*Man who own slave are allowed to have intercourse with them. But once she's pregnant she's freed automatically and so her child.

*There are many laws that freeing slave is obligatory and there are many deeds that subject as noble actions that includes freeing slaves.
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ - 90:12
فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ - 90:13

"And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass (test)?
It is the freeing of a slave" Surah AlBalad, 90:12-13

This is factual proofs that ISLAM CONTRIBUTE MUCH ON ABOLISHING SLAVERY.

As time proceeds people have more understanding of the equally right of each other and even in wars there's none subject to slavery.

People all over the world have the same position as human either they are captive, prisoners of war, poor, employees, workers.

So automatically the sharia about slave no longer applicable.

If anyone who by his own desire want to enslave another human being then he's against the instructions shows on many Qur'an ayah . For example

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ - 49:13

"O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you to nations and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous. Indeed, Allah is The Most Knowing and Acquainted ( see in details). Surah AlHujurat, 49: 13.
And see this beautiful ayah honoring slave,

وَلَا تَنكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّىٰ يُؤْمِنَّ ۚ وَلَأَمَةٌ مُّؤْمِنَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكَةٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ ۗ وَلَا تُنكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَتَّىٰ يُؤْمِنُوا ۚ وَلَعَبْدٌ مُّؤْمِنٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكُمْ ۗ أُولَٰئِكَ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَدْعُو إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ بِإِذْنِهِ ۖ وَيُبَيِّنُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ - 2:221
"And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheist, even though she might please you. And do not marry polytheistic men [to your women] until they believe. And a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even though he might please you. Those invite [you] to the hell, but Allah invites to Paradise and to forgiveness, by His permission. And He makes clear His verses to the people that so they may thinks." Sudah AlBaqarah, 2: 221

A worker is a worker, they only subject to job they agreed to. However someone gives much money to a poor man it's not made him a slave without his permission. And what kind of man gives money to make slave of another human being?

So if there's even any Muslim try to apply to enslave another human being by using sharia law it's really against Islam and proofed of they want only their own desire.
