People do mercy killing when their beloved is in painful
disease or having a disease which is un curable. people say that this is only
way to provide satisfaction to their beloved one's and they get rid of their
painful life. But according to my opinion mercy killing is wrong and I am
strongly against it. there are several reasons behind it. some are alternative
treatment exist which makes mercy killing unnecessary, hard cases make bad laws,
it gives too much power to doctors, and changes the public conscience.
The one of the main reason I am against mercy killing is alternative treatment
exist. There are different other kinds of medication exist which reduces effects
of un curable diseases for longer time and patient is able to survive. some
medicines and herbal solutions removes pain which makes patient comfortable and
provide satisfaction which makes mercy killing unjustified that's why because of
alternative treatment I am against mercy killing.
Hard cases make bad laws is another reason because when mercy killing is
legalized in a country so criminals find it easy to kill somebody and wrongly
prove that it was mercy killing the dead one was in a dangerous and painful
disease that's why we killed him. To decline the burden of patients hospitals do
unlawful killing and name it mercy killing. therefore, creation of bad laws is a
reason because of which I am against mercy killing.
Mercy killing gives too much power to doctors. whenever doctor find patient is
in serious condition and feels prevention of patient difficult so he give advice
to family members of patient to give him injection of death, We all know people
trust on doctors and obey the advices of them so it will give too much power to
health specialist and surgeons to kill people in the name of mercy killing
that's why I am against it .
The conscience of people changes because of mercy killing. When a person is
aware about mercy killing and favor it so whenever a situation arises when his
family member is in un curable disease and have too much pain so it create
sensitivity in the mind of the person and he is not able to watch the pain of
his family member so instead of taking him to the doctor or health advisors he
do mercy killing. so mercy killing had negative impact on the conscience of
people that's why I am opposing it.
In a nutshell, mercy killing destroys the peace of society and sense of
negativity starts developing in the minds of people. It reduces tolerance and
make people to take decisions very early. Trust on medicines and treatment
starts decreasing due to mercy killing. So due to alternative treatment exist
which makes mercy killing unnecessary, hard cases make bad laws, it gives too
much power to doctors, and changes the public conscience I am against mercy
killing.
