And those children, young people are dying in agony ,and they make these videos themselves and upload them themselves so that fear sits in the hearts of people. It can save them and no license is required for this weapon. We have to be careful, don't give a lift to any strange person, whether you are on a bike or a car, don't stop a bike at the request of an unknown person, don't stop a car and on the highway and where there is no one.
