THE ROLE OF LAWYERS FOR JUSTICE

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. The role of the lawyers is very important in the judiciary. The law community can eradicate evils from societies. All the lawyers have to do to prevail justice in the societies. The entire lawyer stands for justice and their object is to provoke injustice anywhere. Everyone has the right to ascertain information and provoke injustice. That’s why a different forum is available for an aggrieved person to get a remedy. Some lawyers have always stood for justice. Hence, they have established different foundations for free advocacy and providing justice to the people of Pakistan.

Lawyers have always been acquiring information about new laws and brief societies. Those who disrespect this profession are called the mafia, who have engaged and defamed this noble field. That is the way Mr. Jaffer Hussain Bokhari, President of the Punjab Bar Council has eradicated bad practices which are prevailing in this profession. He has to take to strict compliance for forcing law reforms and united lawyers body. I have special thanks to Mr. Majid Awan, Advocate who is creating a WhatsApp group to engage lawyers in a group. He shares different laws and precedents which is beneficial for all lawyers. He is standing for the rights of all lawyers and is proud to be a lawyer.

Now come to the point, injustice anywhere should report and properly investigate by the police. The lawyers and police are two pillars who are standing to eradicate evils from societies and are equally respected. The police and lawyers should corporate with each other to provoke injustice anywhere. The lawyers are part of the legal fraternity. It is the primary duty of lawyers never to lose public trust. The court must maintain public trust which will never break in any manner.

The public must report any type of injustice that is prevailing in their locality. The police should register their complaints and investigate properly. The people endorse the facts and circumstances of the commission of the offense and not mixing their opinions. It is essential for justice. The credibility of every eyewitness should testify. It is very important to endorse correct facts in an FIR. It is the first report which is establishing your case in your favor or opposition. It is upon you how would take this matter in court, whether is the malicious intention or true litigation for the administration of justice.

I appreciate the law community that always stands for the rights of the people of Pakistan. Our community should break the silence and convey timely to the police any commission of the offense. The complainant should efforts to get justice from the respective forums; so that the courts to provide justice to the aggrieved parties. Justice, equity, and fair play are essential for the good administration of justice.
