Pets are your Family

(Syeda Khair-ul-Bariyah, Lahore)

Many people opt to have pets in their houses. They care for them, feed them and enjoy their company. Pets develop good bonding with their owners. They express their love through their tiny pure eyes and adorable gestures. They do love and their love is pure. They don't speak like us, but, they feel even more than us. They are really grateful to you for whatever joy you offer them and they pray for you. They are a bundle of joy and a package of blessings coming direct from above without any obstacle.

Due to some reasons, majority of the times being taken as burden, the owners think of moving these poor souls out of their houses. This is the worst done to them. The pets after being abandoned miss all the comfort, love and luxury they ever had. Above all, the broken bonds once so strong hurt them. The emotional detachment is enough of the trauma for them to handle. We forget that the pets do have memory and they keep recalling the good time they spent. In scorching weather and cold winters, they miss all the comfort they once enjoyed. The good days they spent with their owners, once they thought as their world, never fade away from their memory. The dear companion fed well once is left to seek for food and even die, as nobody cares. They cry and mourn and God keeps record of the inflicted grief.

Either never opt to have pets or if you think of keeping them, then never leave them…be human!

Pets are your family. If you don't take them so they actually take you as their family and their entire world.
