The scrutiny process for aspiring election candidates of general election changed into general Knowledge test when returning officers asked candidates how many prayers are offered in a day and the number of Farz rakats in each prayer. Some candidates were asked to recite Dua-e-Qunut, while others were asked to say first Kalma during scrutiny of the nomination papers.
