Children love to play but often
they do not enjoy P.T. class in school.They feel that the drills are boring and
tiring.The interesting fact is that playing a game of football is as healthy as
a period of P.T. in school!The game of football is more fun as well.There are
many ways in which you can get healthy exercise to keep your body fit:
*Play active sports .Game like tennis,football,cricket and hockey are fun and
keep you strong.
*Walk to the store to buy grocery instead of using a car or bicycle.
*Use the stairs in shooping malls instead of elevators.
*Help your parents in the house and garden.
