To Those Who Have No Time For The Suffering Humanity !!!

(Waqar Mahmood Khan, Dubai-U.A.E)

Once upon a time, there lived a person, who being an individual helped out many others not in his individual capacity but in a collective capacity. He was an early riser and as soon as he used to get up early in the morning, he would immediately manage to assist the poor and the needy .He helped the poor and the needy right from dawn to dusk.He used to take breakfast, lunch and dinner with the poor and all his life was dedicated to the helpless. He bothered for others the most and least for himself .

Ahhh !!! that time can never come again as we are now totally deprived of it just because of the fact that many a people have transformed over the recent years. Many of us have the ability to flourish our businesses and raise our living standards but never can even we think of doing something for those ,who truly need our moral and financial assistance.

Very unfortunately not all ,however many of the blue-blooded are capable of enhancing their life-styles by leaving no stone unturned but they don't even have a single penny for the poor. They can see the poor crying but have nothing to wipe the tears from the poor innocent eyes. How gruesome, how poignant..... really ....Isn't it??

An individual must direct his endeavor towards the attainment of constructive goals particularly those that ensure stability and smooth running of a society and its people.

To live for one’s self mustn't be the primary objective of an individual. On the contrary, to strive for the betterment and welfare of others must be equally important for him (the individual), at the same time, in addition to caring of himself all alone.

Basically, diversification, determination, distinction, distinguishment and a dignified differentiation are the standards of idealism that mark excellence and splendiferousness in a highly resplendent fashion

Striving for the betterment of others will bear a tremendous fruit and will; necessarily ensure an excelling outcome in this world and the world hereafter. “You have the right to work, but never to the fruit of work. You should never engage in action for the sake of reward, nor should you long for inaction, as hard work is a key to success and a fabulous reward.”

What I think is that living for others is the biggest luxury of an individual’s life. However, it’s really a dreadful reality that many of us are unaware of the fruits of living for others and helping them at the time of their need.

Here certain questions arise…..as to why are, we the caretakers of ourselves only and not of others ?? Why we are only concerned with ourselves?? Why are we the well wishers only of ourselves ?? After all, why do we demand and desire what sounds only good for us and ill of others ??

To me, it seems as if we are passing through a rapid transitional stage which somewhat sounds to be endless and having no way out. Moreover, we aren't being taught in a way by which education is actually imparted. But where the fault lies in? Are we so dull and dumb to get ourselves educated properly or is there an irreparable fault in the education system of ours’ ??

What wonderful Dr Iqbal says:
(There is no standard by which to judge Yours and your father’s worth.
You utter words but they did deeds. They roamed: you stay at home.)

It’s quite common a tendency that everybody lives for himself but what’s even more important is that a person must be very much careful while dealing with others as well; especially in relation to others’ rights and their sensitive position in a particular society.

“Never underestimate the difference you can make in the lives of others. Step forward, reach out, help and try your level best to reach someone, who is in urgent need of you in terms of finance and other issues associated thereby”.

I have no words to admire a wonderful Arabic proverb which instigates us to help others in any way one can:"If you have much, give of your wealth; if you have little, give of your heart."

Now, it’s time for all of us think sensibly, confront all challenges lion heartedly, and actively participate in the well-being of others in addition to simply our own selves .This will certainly guarantee a well-established and a smooth-running society that’s free from all problems and to which we may regard the one that promotes peace, calmness, and tranquility.
