Imam-e-Kaaba in Pakistan

Imam-e-Kaaba, Sheikh Khalid al-Ghamdi is visiting Pakistan now-a-days amidst cheering welcome. Pakistanis keep him high in their minds and hearts as Imam-e-Kaaba who may be is a person who leads prayers from the pulpits of the Holy Mosques in Makkah from where the Holy Prophet (Pbuh) used to lead prayers. Makkah is a city which was very dear to the Holy Prophet (Pbuh). Although he preferred to live in Madina but he openly showed his love and affection for Makkah. Over centuries Makkah was a focal point for Muslims all over the world. Imam-e-Kaaba is widely welcomed in Pakistan for his sermons in which he advised fellow Muslims to shun differences and unite under one banner of Islam as they have one Creator to be worshiped, one Prophet to be followed, one Holy Mosques to whom they offer their prayers five times a day. The Muslims believe in doomsday and life here after. These characteristics make Muslims a unique society in the world. However, it is very sad that the Muslims quarrel with each other, they fight each other over petty differences. Imam-e-Kaaba rightly pointed out this in Pakistan. He called Saudis and Iranians as brothers. These views of Imam-e-Kaaba should be followed by every one as a tribute to him.
