Child labour

(Hira Tahir, )

Child labour is to compel children of very tender age to work for a living and is unfortunately a very common practise in Pakistan. It does not only do damage to their academic career but also make them laid back physically, mentally and socially. For a poverty stricken family it is a believe to have many children that would turn out as supporting hands, which urges them to employ young children on daily wages which helps the destitutes to meet their basic needs of life. Being amongst the educated masses, it is our prime responsiblity to refrain from hiring young children and maids. Doing this a big difference can be made to our society,if we take the burden of their education upon ourselves which shall reduce their indulgence in this pathetic and inhumane practice of child labour.
