i am living in karachi , korangi crossing. here is one of your franchise named western union habib qatar bhittai colony main korangi crossing branch,, the staff over here is not following your exchange rates mention on your web site, i go there for exchanging chinese yuan which have exchange rate 16.07 PKR actually , exchange rate mention on your site is 15.76PKR, but the staff is not exchanging yuan on 15.76PKR they are giving only15.50PKR, what should i do kindly reply
