قَالُوْا یٰذَا الْقَرْنَیْنِ اِنَّ یَاْجُوْجَ وَ مَاْجُوْجَ مُفْسِدُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ فَهَلْ نَجْعَلُ لَكَ خَرْجًا عَلٰۤى اَنْ تَجْعَلَ بَیْنَنَا وَ بَیْنَهُمْ سَدًّا ﴿۹۴﴾

انھوں نے کہا، اے ذوالقرنین! بیشک یاجوج ماجوج (ف۱۹۹) زمین میں فساد مچاتے ہیں تو کیا ہم آپ کے لیے کچھ مال مقرر کردیں اس پر کہ آپ ہم میں اور ان میں ایک دیوار بنادیں (ف۲۰۰) ﴿۹۴﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) ان لوگوں نے کہا ذوالقرنین! یاجوج اور ماجوج زمین میں فساد کرتے رہتے ہیں بھلا ہم آپ کے لئے خرچ (کا انتظام) کردیں کہ آپ ہمارے اور ان کے درمیان ایک دیوار کھینچ دیں ﴿۹۴﴾
