ذٰلِكَ لِیَعْلَمَ اَنِّیْ لَمْ اَخُنْهُ بِالْغَیْبِ وَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا یَهْدِیْ كَیْدَ الْخَآىٕنِیْنَ ﴿۵۲﴾

یوسف نے کہا یہ میں نے اس لیے کیا کہ عزیز کو معلوم ہوجائے کہ میں نے پیٹھ پیچھے اس کی خیانت نہ کی اور اللہ دغا بازوں کا مکر نہیں چلنے دیتا، ﴿۵۲﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) (یوسف نے کہا کہ میں نے) یہ بات اس لیے (پوچھی ہے) کہ عزیز کو یقین ہوجائے کہ میں نے اس کی پیٹھ پیچھے اس کی (امانت میں خیانت نہیں کی) اور خدا خیانت کرنے والوں کے مکروں کو روبراہ نہیں کرتا ﴿۵۲﴾
