Surah Yusuf Ayat 109 in Arabic
وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِكَ اِلَّا رِجَالاً نُّوۡحِىۡۤ اِلَيۡهِمۡ مِّنۡ اَهۡلِ الۡقُرٰٓىؕ اَفَلَمۡ يَسِيۡرُوۡا فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ فَيَنۡظُرُوۡا كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡؕ وَلَدَارُ الۡاٰخِرَةِ خَيۡرٌ لِّـلَّذِيۡنَ اتَّقَوۡاؕ اَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰۹﴾
Surah Yusuf Ayat 109 with Urdu Translation
اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے جتنے رسول بھیجے سب مرد ہی تھے (ف۲۳۵) جنہیں ہم وحی کرتے اور سب شہر کے ساکن تھے (ف۲۳۶) تو یہ لوگ زمین پرچلے نہیں تو دیکھتے ان سے پہلوں کا کیا انجام ہوا (ف۲۳۷) اور بیشک آخرت کا گھر پرہیزگاروں کے لیے بہتر تو کیا تمہیں عقل نہیں، ﴿۱۰۹﴾

اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے بستیوں کے رہنے والوں میں سے مرد ہی بھیجے تھے جن کی طرف ہم وحی بھیجتے تھے۔ کیا ان لوگوں نے ملک میں سیر (وسیاحت) نہیں کی کہ دیکھ لیتے کہ جو لوگ ان سے پہلے تھے ان کا انجام کیا ہوا۔ اور متّقیوں کے لیے آخرت کا گھر بہت اچھا ہے۔ کیا تم سمجھتے نہیں؟ ﴿۱۰۹﴾

Surah Yusuf Ayat 109 with English Translation
We sent not before thee (any messengers) save men whom We inspired from among the folk of the townships - Have they not travelled in the land and seen the nature of the consequence for those who were before them? And verily the abode of the Hereafter, for those who ward off (evil), is best. Have ye then no sense? - ﴾109﴿
