حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ فِي أَوَّلِ الْإِسْلَامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ نُسِخَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مِنْهُمْ أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَرَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إِذَا جَامَعَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي الْفَرْجِ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِمَا الْغُسْلُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُنْزِلَا

اس سند سے بھی   زہری سے اسی جیسی حدیث مروی ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- صرف منی نکلنے ہی کی صورت میں غسل واجب ہوتا ہے، یہ حکم ابتدائے اسلام میں تھا، بعد میں یہ حکم منسوخ ہو گیا، ۳- اسی طرح صحابہ کرام میں سے کئی لوگوں سے جن میں ابی بن کعب اور رافع بن خدیج رضی الله عنہما بھی شامل ہیں، مروی ہے، ۴- اور اسی پر اکثر اہل علم کا عمل ہے، کہ جب آدمی اپنی بیوی کی ( شرمگاہ ) میں جماع کرے تو دونوں ( میاں بیوی ) پر غسل واجب ہو جائے گا گرچہ ان دونوں کو انزال نہ ہوا ہو۔
