Abu Hurairah narrated: (Another chain) with the same or similar (Hadith as no. 721).

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، وَخَلَّاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ أَوْ نَحْوَهُ. قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأُمِّ إِسْحَاق الْغَنَوِيَّةِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ. وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ. وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا أَكَلَ فِي رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْقَوْلُ الْأَوَّلُ أَصَحُّ.

اس سند سے بھی   ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی جیسی حدیث روایت کی ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابو سعید خدری اور ام اسحاق غنویہ رضی الله عنہما سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اکثر اہل علم کا عمل اسی پر ہے۔ سفیان ثوری، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ اسی کے قائل ہیں، ۴- مالک بن انس کہتے ہیں کہ جب کوئی رمضان میں بھول کر کھا پی لے تو اس پر روزوں کی قضاء لازم ہے، پہلا قول زیادہ صحیح ہے۔
