حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ فَتَلْتُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ لَمْ يُحْرِمْ وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ شَيْئًا مِنَ الثِّيَابِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا قَلَّدَ الرَّجُلُ الْهَدْيَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَمْ يَحْرُمْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ وَالطِّيبِ حَتَّى يُحْرِمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا قَلَّدَ الرَّجُلُ هَدْيَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ مَا وَجَبَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ہدی کے قلادے بٹے، پھر آپ نہ محرم ہوئے اور نہ ہی آپ نے کوئی کپڑا پہننا چھوڑا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جب آدمی ہدی ( کے جانور ) کو قلادہ پہنا دے اور وہ حج کا ارادہ رکھتا ہو تو اس پر کپڑا پہننا یا خوشبو لگانا حرام نہیں ہوتا جب تک کہ وہ احرام نہ باندھ لے، ۳- اور بعض اہل علم کا کہنا ہے کہ جب آدمی اپنے ہدی ( کے جانور ) کو قلادہ پہنا دے تو اس پر وہ سب واجب ہو جاتا ہے جو ایک محرم پر واجب ہوتا ہے۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: I twisted the garlands for the Hadi of the Prophet, then he did not assume Ihram, nor did he avoid any clothing.
