Maimuna, the wife of the Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), reported: The Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said prayer and I (lay) opposite to him while I was in menses. Sometimes his clothes touched me when he prostrated.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ح قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا حِذَاءَهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَنِي ثَوْبُهُ إِذَا سَجَدَ»

  ۔ نبی اکرمﷺ کی زوجہ حضرت میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہﷺ نماز پڑھتے اور میں حیض کی حالت میں آپ کے سامنے ہوتی ، بسا اوقات آپ سجدہ کرتے تو آپ کا کپڑا مجھ سے لگ رہا ہوتا
