حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِيُّ الْقُرَشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ، أَنَّ رِجَالًا أَتَوْا سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ ح قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، قَالَ: أَتَوْا سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ فَسَأَلُوهُ: مِنْ أَيِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْبَرُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ وَسَاقُوا الْحَدِيثَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ

Urdu Translation

  یعقوب بن عبدالرحمن بن محمد بن عبداللہ بن عبد ، قار ی قرشی نے کہا : مجھے ابو حازم نے حدیث سنائی کہ کچھ لوگ حضرت سہل بن سعد ساعدی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے پاس آئے ، نیز سفیان بن عیینہ نے ابو حازم سے حدیث سنائی کہ لوگ سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے پاس آئے اور ان سے پوچھا : نبی اکرم ﷺ کا منبر کس ( لکڑی ) سے ( بنا ہوا ) ہے ....... ( آگے ) ابن ابی حازم کی روایت کی حدیث کی طرح ہے ۔

English Translation

Abu Hazim reported: They (the people) came to Sahl b. Sa'd and they asked him of what thing the pulpit of the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) was made, and the rest of the hadith is the same.
