Abu Harare reported: The Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: When anyone amongst you utters Amin and the angels In the heaven also utter Amin and (the Amin) of the one synchronises with (that of) the other, all his previous sins are pardoned.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِذَا قَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ: آمِينَ. وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ فِي السَّمَاءِ: آمِينَ. فَوَافَقَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى. غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

  حضرت ابو ہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ کے ایک اور شاگرد اعرج کے حوالے سے روایت ہے کہ ابو ہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ نے کہا : رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ جب تم میں سے ایک شخص آمین کہے اور فرشتے آسمان میں آمین کہیں اور آمین دوسری کے موافق ہو جائے تو اس شخص کے پچھلے گناہ معاف کر دیے جاتے ہیں
